These terms govern your use of My Swing Hub. By applying for membership you accept them.

Who we are

Who may join

You must be at least 18 years old.
Viewing adult material must be lawful where you are.
You must complete identity verification before your account is opened.
We may refuse any application, and we do not have to give a reason beyond the one recorded on your account.

Verification

Every applicant submits a photo ID and a verification photograph. A person reviews them. Your account can see nothing on this platform until that review is complete and your account is opened.

Documents are encrypted when they arrive, stored outside the public web space, and destroyed the moment a decision is recorded. We keep the decision, not the document.

How you must behave

Do not share, copy, republish or screenshot another member's photographs or messages anywhere outside this community.
Do not contact a member who has blocked you, or attempt to reach them through another account.
Do not post anything involving anyone under 18, anything non-consensual, or anything unlawful.
Do not use this platform to advertise, recruit, solicit paid services, or sell anything.
Do not put an email address, phone number or other contact detail in a public profile field.

Breaking any of these can result in suspension or removal without notice or refund.

Consent

Everything on this platform depends on consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any moment by anyone, for any reason or none. That applies to conversations, to album access, and to anything agreed at an event.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it to the people you have chosen to show it to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Events and tickets

Events may be run by us or by a member or venue. Where an event is run by someone else, our role is limited to listing it and handling the ticket sale, and the host is responsible for the event itself.

Tickets are personal to you. The exact address is released only to ticket holders and must not be passed on. [REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY].

Payment

Advertising

Advertisers are separate account holders and are not members. Every campaign is reviewed by a person before it appears. We refuse advertising for anything unlawful, anything involving minors, and anything that misrepresents what it sells, and we do so without refund.

Ending your membership

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, photographs, messages and album permissions are erased and cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or end your membership if you break these terms.

Liability
